摘要

智慧城市建设是因为信息和通信技术(ICT)更新传统城市设施带来的新的城市建设。因个人智能设备、云计算和大数据的普及,城乡地区会产生巨大的生活方式变化。智慧城市的实践和创新对城市管理提出了新的要求,追求更好的城市、更好的生活。据此本文论述了智慧城市建设的概念与目标,以及相关的制度建设与城市规划。

Abstract

Smart city construction is a new project of renewing urban facilities based on the development of information communication technology (ICT). Because of using personal intelligent devices, clouding computing and big data in the process of smart city implementation, new life style will emerge and spread over urban and rural areas. Smart urban management ideas and practices will be new challenges to the goal of improving the quality of life, whose slogan is better city, better life. This paper introduces the concept of smart city, relevant institutional renovation and future tasks of urban planning in China.
